Hi guys
Received ADR yesterday. Other than standard bank statement, it also require me to provide paystubs and bank deposit of payrolls from Jan 2014 to Sep 2014.

However, I started working at my workplace in April 2014 and has mentioned it in the application but yet they are asking me to provide paystubs from Jan 2014. Moreover, until Dec 2014 I used to get my salary cash hence I cannot show any deposit in my account however since then all the salary deposits have been made directly into my account and I can provide all the paystubs and bank deposits.

Can anyone suggest what should I do?

Did your employer provide you with salary slip/paystub even though you were paid salary in Cash?? Can you request them to provide it?
If possible, get them. If not, then after receiving salary in cash, you must have deposited some amount every month in your bank account, correct?
Then, you can show the bank statements Jan 2014 onwards.

I am yet to receive ADR being 22 Feb applicant.
I want to know till now I have got my salary by cash though I am having all the pay stubs. What is the best way to suffice, if they ask to show the pay deposits in bank.

Is written letter from my employer on the company's letter would enough?

Thanks Kachra : We all have been waiting for so long. OINP should consider Nominating all the applicants with AoR soon.

MZASAM and SYEDAHRAZA

I am CEC candidate and received AOR on August 17th. I see that CEC candidates like Eugine have later AOR dates and already received their nominations. Should I be worried ? I submitted my additional docs ( only bank statements was asked) on Nov 15 and then recived ECA request on NOV 24 ( submitted it same day) . However I never recived decision phase email nor they are replying to multiple emails I have sent them to confirm if they have received my ECA. Shall I just wait for another week before making an attempt to call them ?

They will ask either of the two. if you have pay stubs you do not require bank deposits. relax ( but if you have both it is always good)

Note: for cash salary which is higher than Tax limit they might ask for form 16 or Income Tax return.

Did you get an email or phone call from them ?

In my case, I got ADR by email.

Nothing to worry about. Definitely you will be amongst the first batch of feb applicants who would receive nomination since you are CEC. They rarely send decision phase email. The only way to know about this status is by calling OINP.

SYEDAHRAZA thank you so much for positive words. That was really motivating. I will probably call them after waiting for may be another week.

From another forum (Jan OINP applicants), a member replied that OINP is taking on average 15-17 days after ADR to give nominations. So hang in there.

Yes, and keep in mind that even by calling then you might get some plonker answering the phone and telling you wrong information. The best thing to do is to sit back, relax and have a beer while you wait for OINP to nominate you! 8)

That may be and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here as I've never called, but look at this message http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/december-application-oinp-t395957.0.html;msg5618877#msg5618877

The OP has been given conflicting information about where his application is (senior officer, investigator analyst, processing officer...) You've called them up quite a few times and I'm surprised you've never had conflicting information, as that message there is one example of many that I've seen.

I think the one thing we ca all agreed on is that the only final and definitive answer is when you get your NOM ;D

Until then, you must have patience, so why not have one or many beers while you wait 8) heheh

g126, I saw the reply on that forum and I am surprised. At least when I inquired about my application status they were quite direct with me as to where it is. This is an anomaly. You are right about nomination. It will be only after nomination that people will find some solace.

Yes... I think the main problem is that it's not always a case officer that picks up, I think you're quite lucky. It's almost certainly not a case officer if you go in person, the attendant there is just a receptionist. And let's be honest, IF they have spared a case officer just to answer the phone, shame on them, I'd much rather see ALL case officers busy working on files and not answering phone calls ;-)
