You can download it from http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPFORMS.html in the 'other important downloads(scroll down to the last). Fill the form and just FAX them to the number that's on the form (Easiest way) or mail them with docs supporting' the change'.

syedahraza: I am back. Just browsed through Nov to Apr applicants status. Seems, there is not much progress except the ADR.

Few Feb applicants have received ADR. I did not get any ADR. Let's hope OINP expedites.

I have heard a lot of positive things about you being helpful And extremely motivating in almost all the threads that I have been so far . I am a newbie in this forum and hope all of us get the nominations soon. However sometimes I am worried about the fact that OINP has kept us waiting for almost a year now and with December break coming soon I don't know when are they going to issue nominations.

MZASAM nice to see you again on this forum. Majority of March and April applicants and some of Feb applicants did get ADRs. I think OINP is going to wait till tomorrow to start sending nominations. Hopefully that is their strategy.

Got an email request today. It seems OINP is processing our files constantly.

Once you shared the CES, what was the next step? which phase is ur application in now?

Dear all,

Again called OINP and got the same answer that the application is in the second stage of processing. Went on and asked what does that mean and she says an analyst will verify and if at all they require any docs or information u shall receive a mail or phone. Same old answer. Any idea if they dont work from December - Jan. Cos i remember reading it somewhere in the OINP site. Waiting isnt a problem but waiting for 2 months with no movement seems to be a killing one. :'(

Sorry. Frankly 'No Idea' to both of your questions. OINP seems mysterious. Anyway, I will share with all of you once I get something.

One of the Jan FSW inland just received his nomination. Hopefully the process is going to move on from here.

Got the duplicate ECA copy request ..Hopefully next would be the additional doc request and then crossing fingers for nomination..It would be a dream come true for me

Hi all, I received a request yesterday for my duplicate ECA report and iI ordered it straight away - obviously when you order it, you choose where it is going with the dropdown box so I didn't feel weird about doing it even though the email came from an address I haven't seen before (expressentry@ontario.ca). I have now had another email requesting 12 months of bank statements and it says that I can send this by replying to the email but this time it is from expressentry3@ontario.ca. As it is bank statments I was a little worried about emailing these and it takes so long for mail to get there if I post them, they will arrive too late.
Is this legit and has anybody else received the same email from the same email address?

@dudgres, I did learn through this forum that they have made several emails of this sort (like expressentry, expressentry2 and now expressentry3@ontario.ca). I think you can go ahead and reply to the email.

Me! Is he a senior officer, I hear? It actually used to be T-ED (temp), but my last ADR was from NB.
