To give an update, I just emailed OINP and explained the situation asking for them to not reject my application on the basis of expired English results until I creat a new EE profile.

In the meanwhile, I found a few other people who went through the same thing. One of them said he/she created a new EE profile within 3 days and emailed OINP about it with the information about the new profile and they accepted it. So he/she actually has gotten nomination now. The other person said that he emailed OINP but they ignored his email and later asked him for additional documents. In their letter about additional documents, however, they mentioned that his English results are expired and he has to give them updated information about the English results and a new EE profile. His case is still under processing, but it seems like in that case also having an expired EE didn't automatically disqualify his application for consideration.

I will keep you posted. Any similar experiences will be appreciated.

Many March applications are getting additional documents request and in February also who have received the AOR later than me are getting doc request. So are they working randomly or based on the initial document received or what?

Seems my officer has left the OINP because no one is with the officer T-LW .

My officer is T-MK .... They have new appointies also.. Yes March applicants are getting requests..

yesterday I got invitation to apply (CRS 470) for permanent residence.
I already got AOR from oinp. So I have two option now , go with ITA or waiting for
oinp nomination. I am totally confused now . what will be the better option ?

Some people say that it's better to apply with a nomination because if you make a mistake and IRCC cancel your application you can reapply and get the NOM transferred to your new file and will get the next ITA - so basically it's easier to reapply if you have a problem the first time round.

Some people also say that PNP applicants are processed quicker because the background check is less severe (as the province has already done some of that), but this is pure speculation (so your choice whether to believe it or not).

On the other hand, if you apply now it will probably be quicker for you then waiting another few weeks (or months) for you OINP NoM, which may turn out to be a PFL instead :-( added to that there is no guarantee that the next draws will be lower and could actually be higher than you current CRS score... Which means you'd loose your one chance to apply! Another benefit of appltying now is that you'll be able to move to any province in Canada with a clear conscience... Where as if you accept OINP's NoM you'll need to move to Ontario initially.

If you decide to apply now make sure you can get everything you'll need within the next 60 days

Go for it buddy. A lot of ppl on this forum would give their right arm to be in your shoes and rightly so. If you wait and then don't get Nom from OINP for any lame reason, you would regret it.

Congrats!!! for ITA
Go for ITA; there is no certainty of OINP NoM!!!

I think you need 8 in listening. that might be the reason. check it again. so sorry for that

You had CLB 9 and fell to CLB 8... so not only you lost some points in the language part of CRS, but you also lost 25 points in each group of the SKILLS transferability.

You must take IELTS again and hope you get CLB 9, that is R 7, W 7, L 8 and S 7... Listening is a pain in the butt as if you get distracted then you're done for... Probably what happened to you. If you can get 8.5 in Listening and manitain you other scores as is you can get CLB 10 which will increase you old average by a little bit.

Guys need some help.

I have two bank accounts. One in Canada and other in Pakistan. I received additional document request for 6 months of bank statements. For Canadian bank account, I have all the details. How should I go about my Pakistani bank account statements? Can I have my e-bank statements and sent them through email or bank verification is required?
