congrats! Just curious about how you get the extension of pgwp? from my understanding pgwp is once in a lifetime without extension. did you just apply for an open work permit instead?

I am sorry, I might have not been clear in previous posts. My PGWP was given for 2.5 years due to expiry of passport. After getting my new passport I have applied for the remaining 6 months.

Thank you. Additional documents:
- 2015 NOA
- 2015 T4 Slips
- Most recent bank statements ( I didn't have enough money in the account, so gave them pay stubs for 3 months and letter requesting them to consider my ongoing employment as a source of settlement fund)
- PGWP expiring on September 25th, but eligible to extend up to May 2017. (Have already applied for extension, provided them with a copy of my paper application)

The initial was MS.

Hope this helps.

I've been waiting for the new receipt too for 2 weeks; is there a possibility they issue the receipt only once? I dunno...

Even if they give it ( rcpt) once, they should acknowledge the same when they receive DD from you. may be through email.

I'm asking if anyone actually got it, so far I didn't hear of anyone with two receipts

When did you send your new DD? Did you contact OINP?

Hi Gopi29,

Just curious to know if your job was LMIA approved for OINP to accept VALID ongoing employment paystubs to meet proof of funds requirement based on monthly income? I know it's a silly question because you wouldn't require PNP from OINP if you had LMIA, but I just want to confirm.

Thanks.

Hi Radon29, No my job is not LMIA approved. I just wanted to show proof of employment and sufficient funds, glad that they accepted it.

Did you show any proof of fund as part of your application initially even though you are CEC applicant?

Thanks.

They asked for my bank statements and I did not have enough money in my bank. So, just to be on a safer side, I had sent my paystubs. Even though it is not a requirement, I had to fill 13,000 as funds available for settlement. I didn't know how to support that, hence sent my pay stubs.
