Yes MZASAM, applicants should follow up with OINP in case they did not receive AOR.

I sent personal messages to early February applicants. Some of them are not active for more than months. Hope they all have received AORs and will update us soon :)

This really is a issue. Applicants must have the courtesy to update their status.

Still we have no info about 27 remaining AOR's.

You are doing a great job; If applicants are not responding to personal messages, they must be deleted from the table :'( :'( :'(

Sorry to know this. keep sending emails and fax...just ask them your file number if you call them. Hope you get your AOR soon.

There is nothing to get depressed about. dont loose hope. You already have a aor, but you did not receive the email yet. Keep following them and they will send you a copy of it.

Fax them. That's the only way of getting a quick and efficient response...

Sending Fax using online fax services like Free Fax is reliable or not. Does anyone have any idea? because I don't have fax machine at my home.

Thank you.

I got an email today saying --- Please be advised that the Investigator Analyst will send you the AOR and the file number once he/she starts the second stage of review.

I dont understand this process now. The OINP office told me in person I have an AOR and file number but they cant provide that. I am not sure whether to be freaked out or not. Can someone shed some light about this second stage processing?

Thanks so much

This is a generic, pretty much auto-reply email to any inquires. It doesn't always answer what the applicants were asking.

Same here man. Hang on there.

Guys, has anyone got the old demand draft back from OINP? They asked for the address to send it back but no word from them after that. Does anyone know how long they're taking to send the draft back in cases where it's expired? Thanks!
