Hi guys,

I need a small help..

I filled the OINP form with NA for the blank fields where the keyboard allowed, and left the fields blank where it didn't allow me to. I failed to hand-write NA in the blank fields. Now I am really worried, my application would be rejected coz of this.

Please, can you tell me how to handle this? My application was received on Feb 09, 2016. No updates from OINP yet.

Hello Guys,

My OINP application was returned and the reason is that OINP is no longer receiving and applications because quota has been exceeded. This does not make sense to me since I received PT on Feb 02, and my application was received on Feb 29, 2016 and I got learn't OINP still sent PT until March 2016. Does anyone on this thread have a similar experience?

Lately all those whose applications have been returned, The first part contains the reason of returning the application and than in the second part it says that you cannot resubmit because the quota is exhausted.

So please update us with exact email to clear the doubts of march applicants

I request you not to post this message in every thread until you yourself read the whole email, as you are on a tour. There has to be other reason.( like ECA not sent as it was mandatory or DD prob) please update immediately.

The only eligibility criteria till now was crs 400 in the Express Entry Pool. they are coming up with new quota by November,so wait and see if hey change the criteria.

he is getting 420 points so I think he can apply once the nominations are open in 2017.

But if some body don't have a relations/connections in ON and if he/she is FSW outland with 400+ can he also apply for OINP ?

My application has been reviewed and accepted! so happy...

1. you must send the copy of application for the status you have applied to restore.
2. You must provide new letters with detailed job description ( not the old with current dates). This one has to be more precise.

1.My WP expiring next month. I am confuse about BOWP? Do they consider it legal status?
2. In first place I submitted employment verification letter not offer letters. So this time I am planning to submit Job offer letters but for one employer I do not have job offer letter. What should I do?

"It means same Job letter with current date? or new letter with specific job description?" Yes, correct. But will your employer will do that again? My employer was really reluctant to give reference letter with job duties but somehow i got it. Didn't you submit it in first place?

I did submit job verification letters in first place for all employers. My all employers will do it again but why they are asking Job offer letter? not verification letters? For one employer I do not have Job offer letter. What should I do?

Did you submitted any explanation letter along with it?

They may be asking for new letter to find out the last date of your employment as you may have lost your job due to immigration status. And you might have mentioned last date of employment as "Present" in your previous letter.

My WP is expiring in next month. So I am still in legal status. My all previous letters were correct.

If you are applying for BWOP, please understand that you need to submit the AOR from CIC along with your application. If you do apply for a BOWP without this, your application will be rejected due to incompleteness and you will not benefit being on implied status. You best bet would be applying for a visitor visa unless u have the AOR.
