I think they might want to spread nominations over the year. In this case, it could be like this:

Oct -> July 2016, Nov -> Aug 2016, Dec -> Sep 2016, Jan -> Oct 2016, Feb -> Nov 2016, March/Apr -> Dec 2016

they didn't say that post AoR processing is done on 1st come 1st serve basis

1. Can OINP utilize the quota after Nov/Dec?
2. FIFO, or any method, OINP essentially needs to complete nominations of the quota by Nov/Dec
3. On you tube video IRCC reiterated that the PR backlog, inventory from previous years will be completed by 31 Dec 16
4. Frequency of draws will increase and the total ITA would range from 2000-2500 and CRS will fall below 400

The info comes from IRCC officially which is good for all applicants.

Let's hope OINP / IRCC releases the info, stats on the half yearly status.

1. IMO, process-wise unlikely and wrong
2. yes
3. irrelevant to OINP, their problem is that they themselves have their own "backlog"
4. not sure if it will ever drop to this level as many PNPs candidates get in the pool with 600+ score, keep in mind OINP is not the only one, you have 10 PNP programs

Hello,

I sent my application package on 29th January, which as per courier was delivered on 3rd of February.

Ontario never confirmed the reception itself, but when I send email they confirmed it by 4th of April.

I think I belong to this group.

Has any FSW applicant received AOR yet?

Skvach you are highly obsessive about file numbering and your statements like this will depress others or demotivate. It is never in the life that yesterday was like today and tomorrow will be like today. Dont assume so much and be optimistic. They gave as much AOR to December applicants in last 15 days which they gave in 2 and half months before that. This gives a fair optimistic approach.

ridiculous they are sending back applications because of passport pages, if I had known this I would have been 10000 times more careful while scanning the documents... Some pages I took haphazardly ;D because I was sooo tired scanning all the pages (Had to scan over 100 pages just for the 3 x passports I have held) Looking at the scanned copies I saved, I may have done an OK job, not sure what would happen to some pages where visas are stuck and take up the whole page, there is no page number on that particular one coz its hidden... knowing them, they will create an issue even with that LOL...

What you have done seems okay. IF the page number is hidden below the stamp of Visa it wont make any difference. They just check all pages are included. And they are strict because they dont want to take a chance when someone has deliberately tried to hide some pages. OF course they must give a chance to send them again but they are not doing that.

Just relax, you have done your job.

@bestofluck actually my last post was rather optimistic :D

Hello all,

My name is vignesh.

Can you add me to the list.

My package reached them by feb 19th 2016.

I Am a FSW outland. CRS score 438. Got my PT interest on Jan 17th.

Good luck to all.

So , do you believe that Feb applicants will receive nominations before Oct ones?

Read this :http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html#display

"Please note that applications to the OINP are processed on a first come, first served basis."

That's really a red flag regarding the passport pages.

I remember I only got to know I had missed copying the blank passport pages right before I posted them out. So I copied them and the blank pages were not vetted or notarized due to time restrictions. Is this ok? Will ONIP return the application to me because of that?

Passport copies are not supposed to be notarized. You're fine.
