No, since you received ITA, your profile is locked in which means it won't expire for the next 90 days. Currently doing the same thing as you, gathering police certificates and will book medical test once all my police certificates arrive.

Hi,

I need your advice. I had received ADR on 3rd December. Had submitted all documents on 10th December. The mailing officer was AR.

Now, received an email today from RM stating that they still haven't received the documents. I have attached and forwarded them again, but it's troubling that it got missed.
Is there a size limit. My files were overall 14-15 mb.

Had it been received, I could have received my ITA on 22nd.

Any help or advice for resolving this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

dont use winzip to compress files, thats important... most email filters these days filter out emails with zipped files...

best would be to split the files, into say 5mb each and send separte mails, and post them also if you want - just to be safe.

Hi all, need your advise on this quickly. My consultant missed my ADR and yesterday sent an email to furnish all documents. OINP requested documents on Dec 7, 2016. My consultant colin singer says we has requested extension for producing documents yesterday since the holiday period is here.

I will share with my consultant the requested documents on Monday, which will be a Christmas holiday.

Do you think OINP will accept the documents on 28th Dec when they resume duty? Please guide...

so your consultant sat on that email for 2 weeks... how friggin convenient.

well i doubt that OINP granted them extension, i mean they can easily give extension but knowing your agent i'm not even sure he requested it...

they are supposed to restart work on 28th till 31st... so good luck

once you are SURE that your agent has sent the documents, call OINP and check if they received it... reaching them will be a big challenge but keep calling them until you speak to a human... good luck

a marriage certificate
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
a birth certificate
an official document naming you as a parent
a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter’s passport showing the inviter’s parents, if applicable

2. Family Member's proof of status -You must provide a copy of your family member’s Canadian Citizenship or Canadian immigration status document (e.g. Canadian passport, Permanent Resident Card, Study Permit, or Work Permit). Please provide a copy of both sides of the document

For 1 - proof of relationship with my parents do i need to provide? As I am the only applicant
For 2 - I do have a relative in canada but we are not really in touch with them so i dont wish to provide their details; whats the best way to provide explanation for it? Also, i can provide PR card of my friend will that work out?

1. You have been prompted to upload these documents as you answered Yes to Canadian relatives. You need to provide some documents to prove that you are related to the Canadian relative.
2. In that case, you will have to answer No to the question for Canadian relatives and explain in the LOE. No, you cannot provide friends PR card.

My baby birth date is 01.01.2016 & he is almost of 1 year age and the CIC is demanding for his medical test as per the check list I receivied.
Can anybody please confirm that a baby of 1year really required to pass the medical test.

thanks.One more thing my wife met with an accident few days back & got mutiple fractures in her leg & they had inserted a plate in her leg. So should I inform about this to the doctor in advance & will this put a effect in my PR process bcz medical officer ll definitely put in her medical report that she comes on a wheel chair with fracture in her leg

Right, thanks for clarifying. However, I'm a bit confused, it does state on cic's website that the EE profile will expire in 12 months if there is no ITA, but given one received ITA, it's not meant to expire?

Yes, it means exactly that one you receive the ITA it will no longer expire and you'll have 90 days to submit your docs... if however you decline the ITA the it will go back to expiring sighing the 12 month period.
