My file size is not that big. There are 5 pdfs with total of 7 mbs. Still not able to send it. Should I send like 3 pdfs in one and 2 pdfs in one?

I would suggest that you send it on Monday after 10AM EST

The error message that you got is "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly"

The one MZASAM got was "Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ontario.ca by smtpgw1.gov.on.ca. [204.41.4.10]. The error that the other server returned was: 552 Message exceeds permitted size."


Splitting the attachments won't help until they make room for new messages. As people suggested, please wait and retry when they are back on Monday. Good luck

If you read the whole Error msg, it should tell you that ( the size of the attachment is too big ).

Attachment by email cannot exceed 25M, so just split the files into 2 emails.

NO

I did the same after facing the errors of too big / heavy an email. However, I immediately got a response from OINP saying to send the same in Multiple Parts but to maintain the "PDF" format only.

So, I sent the mails as "Part 1 of 3", "Part 2 of 3" and "Part 3 of 3"

Post that i received a confirmation email the very next day. The email stated... "Thank you for your response. The documents and information provided have been added to your file. Your application is proceeding for further assessment."

Therefore I'd recommend that you follow a similar procedure.

Will CIC give me UCI number after ITA ? Or where to find it ?
Do you need UCI number for Medical Examination or EE file number is enough ?

UCI or Unique Client Identification number is a number that IRCC gives you when you submit an application. If you have/had any visa (like visitor visa), you should mention that UCI in EE profile. If you are applying to IRCC for the first time, they will give you an UCI when you submit your e-APR (Electronic Application for Permanent Residence) post ITA.

UCI number is not mandatory for Medical Examinaiton. The following would suffice.

1. The Invitation to Apply letter (ITA),
2. Original Passport and one copy of it.
3. Passport size photos

It is good to have the reports handy if you had any medical history. Call your clinic before going there if you have a specific question.

My file size was approximately 20 MB. I retried several times unsuccessfully.

I split into 5 PDF's. Sent the mails as "Part 1 of 5", "Part 2 of 5" and "Part 3 of 3" "Part 4 of 3" "Part 5 of 5" Try, it may work for you.

I send my ADR yesterday to OINP and also send to my case officer, but the OINP didn't go through while it delivered to my case officer. I later resend to OINP and it eventually delivered. But i didn't get any reply from them. Pls do any know if the reply is automated?

You should just reply to the ADR email without changing the subject line. That's it. From what I read in this forum, there's no reply email. You should receive an email soon to confirm that they received your documents too.
