Hello,
Same happened with me, I shared my ECA from CES in February, and they asked for it again. I sent a message to CES ans they confirmed that they shared it for the second time now and it was ok then.

We don't know how they work, maybe they lost it.. Maybe authorizations expire and now they need to check it.

What is your app and aor date?

I finally received ADR yesterday. I am pasting my mail here for your suggestions.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is currently assessing your application and requires additional information.

1. To be eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, OINP requires that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time employment (1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in continuous part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in the past five years from the date of the Letter of Interest from OINP.
In order to verify your work experience we require additional information. Please provide:
- Copies of your earning statements/pay slips from Envoy Textiles Ltd. for at least one year during your employment period- I can provide this easily.
- Evidence of the deposits of your pay cheques from Envoy Textiles Ltd. for at least one year, such as bank statements from the account into which the cheques were deposited- I can provide this also.
- Tax Forms for one of the years you worked at Envoy Textiles Ltd.- I can submit this also.
- Any other relevant information in support of your work experience such as performance evaluation reports, reference letters / or emails discussing assignments relevant to duties that substantiates your experience as a Business Coordinator from Envoy Textiles Ltd.- this is also done and organized.

2. OINP requires that you possess sufficient funds supported by bank statements (that are unencumbered and readily transferable in a convertible currency) to cover settlement costs in Ontario, as set by Statistics Canada (LICO), see link for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp. If you do not have a personal bank account in Canada, you must provide six months of up-to-date bank statements from a recognized financial institution. The bank statements must demonstrate a personal account standing / final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO, and include your name, account number, transit and institution number, account balance and currency. Please provide:
- Copies of your recent bank statements from June 2016 to November 2016- this is done too.
3. Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).

In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.

To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at:https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report.

If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.- I have a big confusion here!!! I have already done this long ago. I already ordered WES Duplicate Report on 17th April,2016 and authorised WES to give MCIIT as the recipient .
Now what am I suppose to do? Ask for duplicate WES report again? Or just submit some screen shots from WES as evidence that I have already submitted duplicate WES Report? Please Guys help me out!

And my final confusion is that I don’t have any case officer initial!!!

If you browse through your email, you will have an email from WES with a subject "Evaluation Completed Notification" (for the duplicate report), listing out the recipients. In my opinion, you can print this email as PDF and send it to OINP. Also, if you have saved a screenshot of the order receipt when you ordered it, you can attach that as well.

And my final confusion is that I don’t have any case officer initial!!!

Some applicants have reported similar instances. Nothing to worry if you don't see anything in your ADR email subject line. Even if we know our officer initials, or officer name, we cannot really do anything with that except following someone's progress with same officer initials, I think. Hope for the best

Hopefully nominations will come in by 20th Dec for many. Already nominated ones will get their ITA in the draw scheduled on 12th Dec.

Does anybody know where the schedule of draws (rouds of invitations) can be found? My profile expires on December 28 and I would like to know as early as I can if I will have to recreate it in case no nomination is provided to me by this date. :'(

Thats the only info available :The government issues invitations at regular intervals mostly fortnightly (every 14-15 days)

Tried sending to my other gmail id, tested It works fine.
The officer asked not to change the subject and details and provided only one id to reply ExpressEntry@ontario.ca

Seems the OINP inbox is full...

If I were you, I'd give it a few hours and try again. Give them time to clear some space. This time, split the file into 2 or 3 smaller ones, like G126 said. I had to do the same on my first ADR and it worked fine. My officer confirmed receipt of all 3 files at the time. Don't change the subject line, just the message in the e-mail. My message went like this:

Dear XXXXX,

XXXXXXXXX

I have gathered the additional required documents in PDF format. However, due to the large size of the combined files, I had to split them into XXX parts. The files are named as follows:

- XXXXX
- XXXXX
- XXXXX

Then, on each e-mail, I wrote the following message:

Hello,

Please find attached file (part X).

Regards,

Zip'em send'em. I did that and visited their office personally to ask if they're okay to receive zipped - they were affirmative.

Got nomination in my wife's OINP app... I am dependent on her application.

OINP app date: 25th Feb 2016
AOR: 20th Aug 2016
ADR: 6th Nov 2016
ADR sent: 8th Nov 2016
Nomination: 8th Dec 2016

Tragedy is I already received ITA in my express entry on Nov 2 where i am principal applicant and my wife is dependent. I applied it on Nov 9th and go eAOR on 10th Nov 2016.
I am going to prolong this nomination as much as i can or till i get my gcms notes to confirm my fsw outland application.

I just got NOMINATED by OINp this evening and I have accepted it!

This is soooo unreal. This is so unexpected! I am shaking!

This can ONLY BE GOD!

To think I had given up on Ontario and so applied to other provinces. Just last week one of the provinces said our application was ineligible. The second province seem to have met their quota for the year as they have been really quiet so a lot if people were speculating that they will start nomination next year.

And then THIS HAPPENED!!

I am not even sure they have finished nominating January applicants. This can only be God!

Here is my timeline:

Application sent: Jan 27, 2016
Application received: Feb 1, 2016
AOR: August 10, 2016
ADR (ECA): November 26, 2016
ADR(POF): November 29, 2016

My EE profile will be expiring on the 18th of dec. I heard their will be a draw on the 12th. If the draw happens before my profile expires, do I still need to create a new profile and send details to Ontario? If yes, pls what is the email to send it to?

And if there isn't any draw before the expiration of my profile on the 18th, I should still create a new profile and send it to Ontario right? Please how do I "deactivate/withdraw" the old profile to create a new one?

I will really appreciate your responses as always.

It seems everyone is getting ADRs and nominations. I submitted my appl on Feb 9th. I got AOR on Aug 16th. I still didn't hear anything back from them!! I am really worried!! :/

Will they respond if i email? or what should i do.. pls help

There should be a draw on the 14th of December and so you should be good. Timing should work out perfectly for you
