What I have noticed from previous threads is that OINP is processing applications randomly. However we all should get nominations by the end of December as OINP Was suppose to open PT notifications for next year (2017)starting November 2016. Expect the best, but be prepared for the worse. OINP has left us with no choice, but to get prepared for delayed nominations.
