Hi all,

I got a fee receipt yesterday from OINP and the email stated that it confirms that the fee has been paid. Does it mean they received the DD or is it that they encashed it? We got AOR on August 12th and we send them the new DD and was received there on 19th as per our courier. We have yet not received the old DD back.
Any ideas on what to do?
What is next step now for OINP?
Hope this process speeds us.. its really trying and tiring...

Hi All
I have been silent spectator. Today i want to post. My docs reached oinp on Feb 1st. i received AOR on 12th Aug. New DD sent on 20th Aug. Received receipt of fee 29th Sep. 5th Oct received old DD. My EE FSW profile will expire early December. Any ideas if we can expect Nom before that? :
My opinion is that whether we call/email, doesn't make too much difference. oinp follow their timelines (which are unfortunately quite slow and frustrating ). i never called them till now. Also emailed only to confirm when i sent replacement DD.

I received my receipt for new DD yesterday. DD reached them on 24 August! Waiting for old dd to arrive and the long ... (but worthwhile)...wait continues.

send just releiving letter, new appointment letter with new company, pay stubs of new company, change of personal information form and if you applied for WP extension or something

you can send by fax or email... in your case either is fine coz its not an emergency... for immediate response we recommend fax, they tend to respond faster.

BTW do not wait for an acknowledgment of receipt of documents - they never send it...

Thanks, for your reply stunner. Well, I did fax them my documents regarding the change in my employment status forenoon yesterday (11.30 IST) and they have sent me a receipt of payment ($1500) today in wee hours (01.00 IST).Co incidence? Whatever, that gave some relief though.

Received my old DD back today (07.10.2016) along with a "received" stamp dated 22.08.2016 on the covering letter I sent along with my new DD.

Hope the nominations start soon.

Got my nomination on 27 sep but haven't received ITA so far.

That's because there hasn't been a draw since 21st September. No draw = No ITA. You'll get it in the next draw.

After attempting to call ONIP for two days I finally got hold of the operator. Apparently my AOR was issued on 15th Aug but I never got it. Cut short, Now I have got my AOR with the request for the new DD.
