Hi everyone, I really need help here, please advice.
1. I just got my OINP application package ready, but I might not be around next week, and I just want to ensure my application submitted once the OINP reopen. Can I ask my friend to submit it for me? If so, is it necessary to fill out the authorization form?
2. Do I need to validate/sign the application form exactly the date of submission? Or its' ok to validate it 10 days earlier than submission?
