Yes, you can click Continue Application to start with the application.

After you click Continue Application, you need to verify and update the information that you entered in the EE profile. Here many sections, including Address section, Travel History section, and Personal Details section, need to be updated. Once you update all the sections and submit, a personalized document checklist will be generated according to the information entered.

I would recommend you start with the application as it is a really important activity. In the mean time, you can start gathering your documents, which are generic.

My CRS is too low to get ITA directly, OINP is still no decision yet, feel endless pain....

Congratulations for all the Lucky ones with noms!!
Been away from the forum for a while.. too frustrating. But today I got so angry!
I received a letter from OINP; a procedural fairness letter. It questions my work experience. I worked continuous fulltime until June 1 2012. Dit a 4 month project in 2013. And a 4 month project in 2014. Received the NOI of Ontario on June 4 2015.

In their letter they only refer to the two short time projects.. what is their problem? My one year required is between June 4 2010 and June 4 2015, right? So, I have that with my job until June 1 2012?! They dont even mention this one? And yes, I have sent them employment reference letter for all these jobs!!

Any advice??

A procedural fairness letter doesn't mean all is lost. It does mean that you now need to resolve concerns of the OINP officers with all your might.

As far as I know, OINP needs one year of Full time employment in past 5 years from day of your OINP NOI. You need to convince them about this emphasizing hours worked,that it was permanent Full time work and that it was for your NOC - send them all the salary slips, bank statement for this time period highlight salary credit with pencil, your Year end tax statements for year 2010, 2011, 2012 etc. Send them whatever documents you have from that job (Joining letter, salary appraisal letter, or anything else on company letter head).

Refer to the following thread, a person who got procedural fairness letter ended up getting the nomination. Don't loose hope. Fight, fight, fight. All the Best.

I know you are one of those Oct 2015 applicants who hasn't got nomination so far. Kudos to you for showing lots of patience. Keep calm and provide them all the proofs, reference letters and mention the projects which they havent's mentioned in their letter. Write a comprehensive LOE , and I wish you get the nomination soon. Don't loose hope, this is just a formality.

It seems OINP is not actually processing the application but they are testing that how much patience an applicant has

CIC process application in 6 months and OINP is taking hell lot of time

What confuses me is that I worked full time, send a employment reference letter that is within the 5 year mark and ensures I fulfill this requirement.. The punctuation of the letter is sloppy..

Hi everyone,

I received ITA on 19th Oct, and currently compiling docs to upload. I am sure this page is not relevant, but I have few questions if you guys can help out:

1. Proof of Funds:
I am going to show FD certificate and Bank statement of last 6 months. Do I need to get "Bank Certificate" for my Savings account as well?
Also, in 6 months statement, Bank official has signed and stamped, only the first and last page. Is that OK?

2. Education:
I have Bachelors, Masters and Post Graduate Diploma (Marksheets & Degrees). I only have ECA for Bachlors and Masters , and have claimed points for that only. However, as I have studied PG diplom in last 10 years, I have to provide that degree as well (Am I Correct here?)

In Education Upload column, I have uploaded single pdf showing my marksheets, degrees, ECA and IELTS.. that is fine, right?

Guys, finally got my Nomination after 1 year and 20 days. As I told you before, I had a chance to talk with a real boss (not any Investigation Officer/SPO). OINP officers just put the file which has a little bit problem without asking to their senior what to do? My file is like that. Ingeb's and all other older applications are seating like that. Hope those files are now keep going.

That's just awful to hear ingeb. Especially after waiting for more than a year.
Probably you could write an email with your queries along with the documents for the work experience (ref letter, contract, paystubs, etc). Try to make your case stronger. I believe it's just a misunderstanding and you can only try clearing their doubt (apparently that's the only option available to you).
