Wat are your thoughts?

Also attach the reference letter stating salary and Tax certificates if you have them. Do not forget to attach an LOE explaining the same and hope for the best. ;)

What are salary certificates? How are they different from payslips?

They came back asking for the attachment showing the job seeker validation code. After that, they did not respond. All this happened on Friday. On Monday, I got nomination.

Hang in there buddy, we all are with you in this journey. We got each other to support and look after.
And in the end everything will be worth it.

I imagine they had your file on hand when you sent them the details, and they sent the nomination straight through to your new profile ;D

I finally managed to get through to them over the phone.

I was told the file is in decision phase and I should hear back in 1 - 2 weeks max.

musixnlyrics, happynightowl and others in similar timelines, guys hang in here.. some hope :)

With so many people calling them they probably just say it should be another "1-2 weeks" to everyone... I realize you all must be very anxious, but the best thing to do is just to be patient, relax, sit down and make a plan of what you'll be doing in Canada... Do anything to keep yourselves occupied and take your mind of the NoM.

That way they can actually focus on processing your application and getting you that nomination ;D

Yes true, but this is the first time they have actually given a time-frame, usually its the generic copy paste response.
Hopefully they are working full swing to clear backlog.
