So you are on implied status, aren't you? You can send them the any receipts/any form of communication from them that you might have received after submitting the paper application for WP extension, IMO.

Yes. I am on implied status as of now.

There are many cases who got phone calls after two months of WP expiry. Unfortunately, they are not that accurate.

Damn... Not trying to be negative here but the main reason for calling so long after WP expired is surely to check if the applicant still has legal status, which is bounds for rejection right?

Okay. Please take the advice of "PrettyCanada" below and send ANYTHING that you think might be relevant to your WP extension application.

Good luck and all the very best! Keep us posted!

I find this strange, if your WP was expiring you should have been place at the top of the queue... Generally in cases like yours you'd see the NoM being awarded right after the first call. Did they ask for the same DOCs when the called you again? If you don't mind me asking what NOC are you and are you CEC or FSW?

Anyway, as per Raj's reply, if you're on implied status then submit the receipt and a letter explaining you're implied status until you get a reply from them.

Hi,

First time they asked my bank statement and employment letter.
Second time, IELTS(bcoz it's getting expired next month), 2015 notice of assessment and WP extension proof of application.

I am in CEC. NOC is: 2175

Since this is paper based application, I don't think he has any form of communication from IRCC so far. I think

1. Copy of draft/money order
2. Courier receipt of application package delivery

can be sent.

Exactly, That's what I have.

Hopefully :) . Thanks! Good luck to you too!

According to my timeline ( Which I am still very hopeful) I have predicted your nomination to be 40-45 before me. So approximate nomination for you is before September 30. Hope OINP don't let me down on this !!!! good luck.

The processing time for each applicant is different. The documentation check sometimes take longer for some cases. Its natural. Looking at todays nomination for 17th November.....rajkamalmohanram should have got it much before because he is 5th November applicant. :-X :-X.

So you're a classic case of CEC w/ WP expiring that should have been given priority... Well I'm sorry for you bud, it seem that you fell through the cracks and they've only noticed now, let's hope they get you processed and NoM quickly then!!!

There have been cases where people have gotten NOM right after sending the additional docs! Hope this is your case. Best of luck.

since the 17 th Nov applicant mentioned that they're in Canada on a visa ( not tourist ) , I think this does have to do with employability as well.
the more the probability that someone has to getting a job and settling quickly ( so that OINP doesn't have to worry about unemployed people as a whole ) the quickly they'll get nomination.
this is somewhat different than the "in demand jobs and professions" in Ontario. this is actually a case of someone on the timeline to get the nomination but at the same time getting a potential job.
just my 2 cents.
