Almost 40 % applicants are CEC and slowly they are all getting nominations.so I don't think it will take a long time to clear others once they finish CEC

bestofluck, I have said a few times, FSW candidates (especially Dec and latter candidates) would NOT get nominations this year, no matter how many phone calls or email updates they get.

You should expect nomination by summer of 2017.

There really is no way to know this, however, my prediction about the same although slightly more optimistic... I'm a March candidate myself and I think I'll be getting mine sometime in between Jan to Mar 2017 (I don't think it will be 12 months so before March, but can't see it being earlier than Jan).

Without making sure that people STILL have sufficient funds, I really don't think they will dole out nominations that easily.

Troubling sign is that very few people have received (or are receiving) additional document request.

Well, there was one nomination that occurred recently where no additional docs were requested. I think it depends on the officer involved and how much you have in your PoF. If someone has demonstrated he has over CAD 100k in savings to support his resettlement there really isn't a lot of point and asking for more bank statements... On the other hand, for people that are borderline with LICO then they may want to know if you've dipped below that in the last few months.

What bothers me about this is that you'll also need to demonstrate this at a federal level, right? So why ask at both levels? Is the LICO amount for Ontario different than for IRCC? Or are NoM candidates not required to meet LICO at a federal level (as they have already done so at province level)?

Congratulations! Good luck and all the very best! Good to see a nomination for an applicant with a non-managerial NOC. :)

I've updated the list with your details.

I got a call from OINP today for additional documents:

My WP expired on 28th June, 2016. I applied for paper application. And no reply from WP extension:

OINP asked me below things to submit:

1) CRA notice of assessment 2015
and
2) Please provide a copy of your valid Work Permit/status document or proof of application to IRCC to extend your authorization to remain in Canada. The Work Permit provided in support of your application expired on June 28, 2016

What should I submit in WP extension support document?

Additional doc submitted: 20th June, 2016

So you are on implied status, aren't you? You can send them the any receipts/any form of communication from them that you might have received after submitting the paper application for WP extension, IMO.

I find this strange, if your WP was expiring you should have been place at the top of the queue... Generally in cases like yours you'd see the NoM being awarded right after the first call. Did they ask for the same DOCs when the called you again? If you don't mind me asking what NOC are you and are you CEC or FSW?

Anyway, as per Raj's reply, if you're on implied status then submit the receipt and a letter explaining you're implied status until you get a reply from them.

Since this is paper based application, I don't think he has any form of communication from IRCC so far. I think

1. Copy of draft/money order
2. Courier receipt of application package delivery

can be sent.

Ah interesting! Same NOC and applied 5 weeks later.. I predict your NoM will come in less the 5 weeks from now then... Fingers crossed and best of luck!

There are many cases who got phone calls after two months of WP expiry. Unfortunately, they are not that accurate.
