As long as the applicant has sent the rightful information with all supporting documents, there is no reason why there should be a rejection. OOPNP will always get back to the applicant to request for additional documents if they need to. So - in short - unless there is a misrepresentation of information, or failing to update the officials on important matters such as wedding / new job etc - you shouldn't be worried.
