My letter about move to decision stage had topic "XHSW-16011XX - AB". I guess AB is investigator who called me and sent my application to a senior officer.

What initials are mentioned in the AOR email that you received? That would be your case officer.

My AOR email has "MR" initial and my decision phase email has "LS".

My AOR email has "MR" initials. I doubt that these initials are of my senior officer.
