Congratulations to all.guys got nomination and I wish raj and ingeb get their nomination in few days, hopefully these happy days don't go away till the end of this year
Yes, I agree that OINP is not fair and there has been no definite pattern for the nomination issued.tyzia said:We aspire to start a new life in Canada, which we anticipate to be happy, the system to be fair, and people to be friendly and supportive. We want to be part of No. 1 nation in the world!
On the contrary we deal with OINP and get:
- sadness: endless wait of nomination despite guided 3 months;
- unfairness: applicants from Oct still waiting, applicants from Dec have got nominations. People who did so much to help others (Raj), still waiting;
- unfriendliness: copy-paste replies or no replies at all to our enquires;
Shall I still believe in Canada?
P.S. My best wishes and congratulations to all with recent nominations! It's awesome! Guys, my heart is with you!
I do get what you are saying. I do hope you get your nomination soon.tyzia said:musicnlyrx, agreed
Aal_, agreed partly (Officers are human beings). If you say 'system works fine', why don't they issue nominations in 3 months, as used to in 2015? Human factor does not also explain the large gap between nominations (Oct haven't received yet and Dec have, talking about FSW outland). It can be understandable 7-10 days of gap. Moreover, in every system there are people working. And we witness many perfectly organized systems with people. From my perspective OINP is not among them. I wish it improves in the future.
OK, we have a stack of applications with AORs. Why did they distribute them between officers not one by one? It turns out that every officer has its own stack of applications. If my application is at the bottom of this small stack, it's unfair.
I do not doubt that OINP knows how to work with applications. And if they choose this way of processing, so I trust it. But I'm talking about the situation from my point, I'm talking about what happens now, what happens with me: I'm waiting, guys after me got nominated. It's unfair. It's not FIFO. Officers of OINP agree with this too, by the way.
I am waiting for my nomination 300+ days, and I don't usually complain on this forum. I'm busy with my life, my family, my business. And sometimes I would like to express my bitter feelings.
Hope things become more fair. Once again - guys, friends, all of you (before and after me), who got nominated, I'm truly happy with you!
Agreed... Moreover, if someone really was making note of all the delays since October, they forgot that they are noting the delay to "rectify it" not just keep noticing and get lost somewhere in the middle.tyzia said:musicnlyrx, agreed

Welcome Tyzia. OINP is working hard. Hope to see all of us nominated by the end of Dec 2016/Jan 2017.tyzia said:PrettyCanada, thank you for support, I agree with you.
That is insane. What takes them some files finalized in couple of days and some in several months? Crazyrajkamalmohanram said:For the e-mail that I sent on 27th September, I have now received a reply now - "File has not been finalized yet".
Hi, Tyzia. I have sympathy for how you feel. For me the whole year of waiting for the nomination has been a constant pain in the neck. I also took a job I do not like much just and not every good paid because I thought it would be a temporal job, but it is frustrating to see the months go by. I finally received the nomination last week, but now it is the ITA what is delayed.tyzia said:We aspire to start a new life in Canada, which we anticipate to be happy, the system to be fair, and people to be friendly and supportive. This is crazy. Co-incidentally, I have written to them too on that date, but received no response yet.rajkamalmohanram said:For the e-mail that I sent on 27th September, I have now received a reply now - "File has not been finalized yet".
