1. Did any Oct/Nov applicants got calls, request for additional docs...
2. Is it; that applicants have not updated the thread
3. If not then there was no activity, progress by OINP
.

No news here from my end. I've been expecting a call from Ontario for a week now. Hope they drop in a mail at least.

Good luck all

this means your file is still in Second phase, i.e Assessment phase and not yet gone to Decision phase. you might get additional document req or a phone call.

No. "Not finalized", is the last stage. I was told "Your application is in the last stage of processing and not finalized yet". So Second stage != Last Stage. His file is in the last stage of processing. We have already discussed this so many times.

No additional doc request or phone. that's why I guessed it is in Second phase. Agreed it is in final stage.
Seriously completely drained. Not sure when this will end. File is in this stage since April.

Man it is difficult to take this anymore. This is becoming unreasonable. :( . A few October/November applicants have already got PPR and many are going to get it this month. Look at us - still waiting for nomination. Guys from OINP - if you are reading this, it might be just another day at work for you; for us, it is a very important life decision. We gave you 1500 CAD. We submitted every possible document. We waited. We've waited enough. Please, do something! My peers who submitted application more or less around the same time as I did have got PPR. I'm happy for them but when am I going to be able to submit my e-APR? We have paid the price already - I've been silently accepting the wait all along - 10 months from submission of application and 7 months post AOR. Its time. Start sending the nominations.

On behalf of all the seniors / members , I take the liberty to share that all of us are with you during this painful phase and uncertainty. Indeed the heartaches when we go through such testing times for none of our mistakes. You, selflessly helped so many applicants, suggesting, guiding. Now God must feel the state of your mind, your good deeds, and reward for your patience and perseverance.

God alone can put in the minds of OINP officers to decide on your file and issue you the NoM immediately. OINP must act. By any stretch of imagination it's hard to believe that Ontario provincial applicants are in such a helpless and hopeless situation.

God bless us all.

Honestly, for such shoddy planning and execution, responsible OINP officer(s) must be suspended or laid off. This is the only way to give them wake up call. Completely understand your situation man..awfully painful.

@rajkamalmohanram, we are with you.

After hearing today;s story by seanmheff, I feel we are still in a better position than those whom OINP is not able to do justice for which we are punished.

seanmheff said:
Gave my landlord my notice today.

Starting preparations to leave Canada after two years of living here.

It's been 3 months since my AOR and my work permit expired over 2 months ago.

I hope things work out with my Canadian girlfriend whom I will have to leave behind here.

*censored word* OINP for their lack of transparency. The entire thing is a money making scam.

Let us not hear such stories again and again daily. OINP at least do what you say now for god sake. New stories like this or even worse, will emerge every day due to the lethargic processing by OINP.
