I'm worried. On one hand, people with officer AWE are still waiting, so that gives some amount of comfort, but on the other hand, people with timelines similar or after me are getting Nominations. :-[ :-[ :-[

Same timeline and same officer same tension also

what sort of thresholds we are talking about here ??? :)

Well lets say they have 1500 ITAs and there are more that 1500 OINP candidates in the pool, well then... All OINP candidates have at the very least 995 CRS points (600 + 400 - 5 drop allowed for age)... So we're looking at a draw with 1000+ cut off .. that would be the biggest ever! If it's more then 1039 then I'll be hanging around for the next one :P

I've no idea how many NoMs OINP has issued since 30th Nov... but it's quite a high number... somewhere in between 500 and 1000.

If you look at the beginning of the EE the first few rounds were around 800+ points... we may be seeing this if IRCC don't get their act together and get over their technical difficulties. This would be disasterous as it will leave a lot of people fustrated and put off new candidates for a while (so a big shot in the foot).

On a plus side I see that March has been coming along well and we're nearly at the 50% mark!!! Excellent stuff!

It seems that when it rains, it pours!

Even if they issue 2000 ITA all pnp can easily be accommodated.

g126, you have highlighted a fantastic point. All of us thought that the coming draws will be for the International Students but we know now that once OINP finishes with the nominations, there will a large number of applicants who have more than a 1000 CRS points. After that it is anybody's game right and as you pointed out, the threshold could be well above 1000 until or unless they increase the # of ITAs

aditik15, consider the fact that only Jan applicants were around 1800. I don't think so if they give 2000 ITAs, all of OINP applicants will not be covered.

@ MZASAM, g126, bestofluck... should we be planning to start a thread for those who will be getting their AORs in January. As I suppose most of us will get the entire application done in January.

Yep but they haven't issued so many nominations. There are still many waiting. The next draw will definitely be for Oinp. Maybe 2500 ITA or more next Wednesday .I guess they wanna give us this Christmas present for the long wait we had to go through. :D

60% of Jan applicants, 40~50% of March applicants and 30% of Feb applicants as highlighted by g126 have already been nominated. So I will suppose that the number is going to be pretty high. As I said before, we all thought that the draw will be for the International students but instead it is turning out to be in our favor, which is good (sarcasm) we deserve some attention after such long waits.
