OINP application returned back because it was not delivered within 45 days

Hello everyone
I am new to this forum and i hope someone could guide me regarding Canada PNP.

I received a notification of interest through my express entry profile on 25th of Sept 2015. i gathered all the documents and sent the application via FedEx on 5th of November which was supposed to be delivered on the last day of the provided 45 days i.e on 9th of November 2015. unfortunately the FedEx people didn't ship my documents on the same day which resulted in my application being delivered to Canada one day late on 10th of November 2015.

I did not receive and email or acknowledgement and waited for 90 days to pass by. On 9th February 2016 i emailed at ontarionominee@ontario.ca. but no response was received. Then i emailed again on 29th February 2016. On 1st march i received an email in correspondence to my 29th Feb email that my application was received by them and is currently pending a completion check.

On 3rd mach i received another email in correspondence to the email sent on 9th Feb that my application has been returned on 1st march 2016 because it was not received within 45 days of the issuance of notification of interest.

PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT SHALL I DO NEXT.

Recreate your Express Entry profile and hope you are selected again for OINP. Unfortunately your story is an excellent example of why it's a bad idea to wait until the very last minute to submit your application.

They are pretty strict and explicit about the 45 day deadline. Your best bet is to do what scylla said, make a new Express Entry profile and hope you get another PT.

Since the express entry was open for one year only until December 2015 will i be able to create a new profile? To create a new one i need to withdraw my existing profile.

Yes, withdraw the existing one, unlink it from Job Bank, disable Job Bank, then make a new Express Entry profile, link it with job Bank (you can link it with your old profile if you want), and then hope you get a PT within the next few days. Once you do, send your application in ASAP this time

The date on the reference letters and documents doesn't really need to be updated, no. The one exception is your bank statements, which should always be current.

Like Aragorn165 & scylla said, recreate your EE profile. Don't give up hope, just wait for a PT notification and apply immediately.
IMO, if you get a PT again, consider to cancel your existing DD and get a new one, as it might be already 4 months old. Also, at the time you previously applied, there was no ECA report copy requirement, so now while sending the documents again, try to include a receipt of ECA copy order from WES. Hope this helps.

No, he is waiting for the returned package. Waited for 4 months, why not wait for 2 more days is his thought.

I'm in the same situation. Did you eventually get another Notification of Interest letter after creating another profile?

It's definitely happened to other forum members.
At this point, you can only get a new NOI from Ontario if you are applying to the French Speaking stream.
