OINP Application Problem -mistakenly checked an item on the checklist in Form

I submitted my OINP package to the PNP office in Toronto this morning. But I just realized that I checked (by mistake) an item on the checklist that I don't have: Part J. "Original transcripts in sealed envelope from education institution (Canadian programs/degree only)".

I am a FSWP applicant and don't have Canadian education degrees nor transcripts, the reason why I mistakenly checked it was because this item follows the item of "Certified True Copies of Degrees (which I have, and it doesn't say Canadian Only)", So I just made a careless mistake by checking the transcripts that requires "Canadian Only"

I'm very worried and I'm not sure if this will be a big issue? Will my application package be returned?

By the way, my wife is doing her PhD in Canada and I've included her transcripts (Canadian) in my package, which may make a little sense that I checked that item. Not sure if her transcript counts (it didn't say only principal applicant's transcripts either...)

Email is fine. They mean they don't reply back to status inquiries within 90 days, but they still do.
