Who will sign what in "Applicant Consent Form" for OINP if spouse and children are non - accompanying

• Schedule A: Filled and signed by the principal applicant (you).
• Schedule B: Filled and signed by the principal applicant (you). Your spouse does not need to fill this out since they are non-accompanying.
• Schedule C: Not applicable because your spouse and children are non-accompanying.
• Schedule D: Filled and signed by the principal applicant (you).
