OINP and adding spouse after NOI

Guys I urgently need help -
I got Nomination from OINP for myself with family marked as accompanying.
At the time of NOI my point was 432 (adding wife would have lowered it to 418) and oinp draw for that round was 421. Now that I got nomination approved with family accompanying. can I apply for PR for my wife and son together ? Or should I still apply alone and sponsor my wife and son?

I am CEC and wife is living with me in Canada.

I applied with family and waiting. I got confirmation from oinp that I can apply with family. Seems criteria is 400 points once u get noi .I mean they seem to not consider the fact that I could have missed NOI if I my spouse was added already in EE.

Did you applied for OINP and waiting or PR Application applied. If PR application is applied or planning to apply later, are you also planning to put this in LoE ? If you are can you please share the explanation here or email me on epr2144@gmail.com.

I already got OINP nomination for myself and family. I applied for EE and I did not put any LOE explaining anything. I just cant think on what basis they will turn down as I have mail confirmation from OINP that I can apply along with my family. Moreover I never heard any story in this forum where province gave nomination for spouse but EE do not agree to admit family.

@WorldTraeller - Thank you so responding my queries so far. I have one more . what kind OINP nomination it was tech draw ? I mean was it given your EE profile where spouse was non accompanying ? I am just trying to correlate it to my case. Appreciate your help!

P.S. - My OINP was given on the EE profile where spouse was non-accompanying for the reason of increasing CRS but I am adding spouse now as with OINP nomination it shouldn't matter in terms of CRS.

Any update guys? I think idea is:

1. EE without spouse
2. Receive EOI from OINP
3. Apply to OINP with spouse accompanying
4. Change EE to accompanying before getting nomination from OINP
