OINP - Additional Documentation Required but didn't receive any Information Request Letter

Dear All,

Need your URGENT guidance on the below issue.

I got the mail from OINP that they require additional document for my file. When I checked in my file, I can see the upload option and inside that it is mentioned the below statement

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please refer to the Information Request letter that was emailed to you from noreply@ontario.ca.
Please submit your response to the Information Request letter, along with any requested information and/or documentation listed in the letter.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

More than 24 hours passed and I am yet to receive any such mail from the OINP or noreply@ontario.ca. I have already mailed to the ontarionominee@ontario.ca stating that I have not received any such mail - Information Reuest Letter and kindly resend it asap. I have checked my spam but it seems OINP has not sent the Information Request Letter The deadline to upload is 13th March.

Please, please suggest if any one has come across this situation and what best we are supposed to do here.

I also encountered the same situation, how did you solve it?
No one answers the phone or reply emails

Fortunately on last day of submission, I was able to connect with the customer service agent over the phone and that guy put the note on my file and to my surprise, after I hung the call I got a mail regarding information request letter.
i can only suggest please keep trying to reach them over the phone and ask them to update on ur file.

I'll provide an update in case someone in the future encounters a similar situation.

On August 1st, I received a document request from the e-filing portal for the first time. However, I did not receive any information about which document I should upload. I could not make a phone call, and no one replied to the email before the deadline. As a result, I uploaded an explanatory letter about the situation.

Then, on August 16th, I received another document request from the e-filing portal. This time, the portal specified the required document clearly.

Regarding the requested document, I am applying OINP through Master's Graduate stream. To my surprise, they required me to upload the Study Permit during my master's studies, which was not listed on the official website.

Maybe mention this in the Masters stream thread? Might be helpful there as well
