Hie guys, I received mail from oinp for additional docs for employment proofs. I'd uploaded reference letters as well as other docs. But still they are asking for same docs. I would be grateful if some1 faced the same problem and then approved.

Comp1, comp2, and comp3, under NOC 2173.
Please provide the following documents (in Pdf format) from all three employers:
• Copies of job offer letters / employment contracts;
• Employment / work experience reference letter or any other supporting
documents with the following information:
o Detailed job duties and responsibilities for each position held,
o Number of hours worked per week,
o Salary information for each position held,
o Duration of your employment (start and end dates) of each position;
AND/OR
o A letter from all employers confirming your salary/wage and number of
hours worked per week. This letter must also explain why documentation
to verify job duties and compensation for work performed is not available;
• Pay slips for the first and last months of work experience for each position;
• Bank statements showing salary deposits for the first and last months of work
experience for each position;
• Copies of performance review reports or letters confirming promotions and/or
salary increments;
• Personal income tax documents: Form 16 and Form 26AS / Form 12 BA from
2015 – 2019/20;
• Copies of job advertisements to which you applied to work for the above
employers.
