I have submitted documents to OINP and status says - Decision in Progress. Am i eligible to apply for bridge open work permit?

i received an email requesting documents too, how am i suppose to submit those? as i dont see any option to upload it on the OINP portal.

How did you send the requested documents? Because i was requested 2 documents as well but dont see anyting on the OINP portal to upload those. Should we just email the documents back to the original email ?
