Hello guys, I am a little confused.. I would really apreciate if you could guide me

I am interested in the OINP french speaking workers stream, according to the website I need to select how I want to be assed against: canada exprience class or federal skilled worker, right?

This means that if after all the process I do get the nomination, I would have to wait until IRCC does a PR draw of invitations for CEC (which is the one I want to be assed against) or how does it work?

I am worried because there have not been any rounds of invitations for these 2 programs for long time now (CEC and FSW)
