Hi Guys,

Any idea when will OINP open in 2017?

Nobody can say anything certainly. However, it's exactly one year today since they paused last year on 16th Feb 2016.
You need to visit their website daily to see if they have reopened.

Re: International Masters and PhD Graduate Streams and Human Capital Priorities Stream to reopen next week with online application systems

Next week, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will be reopening and launching online applications for the:
1) International PhD Graduate Stream
2) International Masters Graduate Stream, and
3) Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream.

For the international student streams, eligible applicants must have graduated from a publicly funded Ontario university..........

They will send NOI in batch wise.

1000 NOI - 6 times or 1500 NOI - times within a year

According to my understand, OINP will reopen and close after accepting few files. Once they processed those few files they will reopen again and will accept few applications..

I can see your replies above as well. However there are many others who in a healthier way understand a little sarcasm for a reply starting specifically mentioning the same. If you can't take it, either reply with the same wit or deal with your problem. No1 is talking any nonsense here, but just try to make a conversation a little brighter/lighter.
