Don't worry, check full Application again, complete it, then u would find submi. U have sufficient time of 20-30 hours.

One question, I filled my complete application but it is going through Express Entry. Not sure why. Can u pls advise how to select OID ?

you cant edit it , need to create again, in the first page you answer all no then it will create OID

You need to create new ID and log in and complete the profile and up lode all doc. Old one will not work.

I am watching the comments that for OID category ,no need to creat SINP online express entry account..

It's ok but how we can apply...Any other link as on web SINP online express entry is the only option to fill and submit.
