Dinav's was NOC mismatch i have three NOCs with three reference letters properly sealed b signed on company's letter head. I just wanted to check why my 5 yrs experience will not be calculated? You said only 1.6 yrs will be calculated. I have provided everything properly.

Ashu my POF is up to its mark infact i have excess. Ref lettlers are also there with me just the confusion is i have three different NOCs but present NOC is 2171 with proper documents. I wanna know why they will not consider my past experience. Many have different job profile n NOC may differ...
