Official Update: Concordia University 2016 winter Intake

Hi everyone today i wrote to Concordia University, regarding the date they will start confirming our acceptance this is the reply i got:

Hi, We're definitely still within the normal time frame, which could be eight weeks or more from the deadline for applications to be submitted.


In the concordia website it says October 1st as the last application day, for canadians. June 15 for international students.

can someone here decipher when will we get the final decision?

form that it seems like sept 15 onwards roughly. but by experience i would say u will start getting responses in oct.

The last time i checked with the University, they said they would start giving out offer letters starting first week of September for Graduate International Students.

Whom did u contact? I msgd the future students page on facebook. i did not email anyone. Either way, earlier the better! BTW i have applied for MEng industrial engineering.

I emailed Veronica Lefebvre of "Office of Student Recruitment". And that's what she told me. Hopefully we get it by September. I am joining M.eng Aerospace..

All I see at Connect2concordia is the application status

u should be able to see it in ur myconcordia i think and not in connect2concordia i believe....did u get myconcordia account yet?

If nothing shows up in your TO-DO list in your portal then i guess your application is complete with all the required documents requested by the University. If there was anything missing it would reflect on your TO DO list..

Apologies for mentioning connect2concordia. I meant myconcordia itself. I can just see my personal information like address, cell no., email and my application status there. No mentioning of any academic documents received.

If nothing shows up in your TO-DO list in your portal then i guess your application is complete with all the required documents requested by the University. If there was anything missing it would reflect on your TO DO list..

Well there's nothing in my To Do list. I guess you're right.

Guys do we also need to submit our 10th and 12th transcripts to the embassy while applying visa for M.eng program ?
