Official Transcripts in sealed envelop from Punjabi University, Patiala (INDIA)

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know the procedure how to apply for the Official Transcripts in seal envelop from Punjabi University, Patiala in PUNJAB (INDIA).

1. Get a Transcript Request form from enquiry office at main gate.
2. pay the fees as instructed on the form.
3. Attach copies of your degree, semester/yearly marksheets, passport on a legal size paper.
4. Carry your original passport along.
5. Carry the request of transcripts form of whatever university/organisation you want to send transcripts to.
6. Go to the degree section on 1st floor of Admin block.
7. Do all the formalities.
8. Let them know if you want to get transcripts by hand/ to be sent directly to university/organisation.
