Officer note for refusal

Hi my visa application is refused last week my husband and I applied to have a visitor visa to visit my uncle and his family. We received emails we are refused based on my family ties in Canada and the country of residence and the purpose of visit. We want to get detailed note from officer could you please guide us. Is officer note the same as gcms notes?? Because I ve read about gcms notes but I wasnt sure they are the same.

Yes both are the same, gcms notes include the officer's notes.
