I am sorry to hear that! Can you post your job description? Are you sure you have all the NOC points covered there? Why don't you try to get another one from your employer, maybe a more detailed one?

Please check for the duties performed by Financial Managers as per National occupational classification http://www23.hrdc.drhc.gc.ca

Go to the official job bank webiste for canada which mentions the NOC Code and your Job Tittle, look at the job requirements, if the requirements are similar to what you have obtained during your employment, then take a print out and send it to the Immigration officer, stating that the requirements for employers in Canada are similar to the experience I have.
You will have supporting evidence from Job Bank with the revelant NOC Code Mentioned. See the NOC is very Broad, and they are titles which are a very junior level, like accounts assitstant, you don't need an MBA for this and if you look at the JOb Bank it will classify this job as NOC 0111 and mention requirements like HIgh School Completion, 2-3 Years work experience, Basic stuff etc.
