same timeline as me and many members of this forum..i think there is something wrong in comparison to other officers where people get decisions in a week or two after ADR!..i do not know what is wrong exactly but there is something weird going on. IMO, adrs sent also seems to be similar.
Mine were,
12 months salary slip with corresponding deposits.
6 months latest bank statements, and
University degree (certified vopy)

Mine was (AW), received ADR on Nov 14, send AD on Nov 18, and again on Nov 27th (in case OINP didn't received it earlier; and before the deadline). NO Acknowledgement Email.Ayam93 said:

Almost similar experience, they were not able to retrieve my adr responses which i had sent on 16th Nov. I forwarded the same mail again and confirmed the receipt over phone itself during the call.cococly said:

Credibility of your reference letters, academic credentials, past history of candidates with similar background, etc...Moh.Salem said:

There are many variables, and the process varies case by case.
Thanks cococly, your thoughts on this are valid somehow, however, i think there is no margin of thought in the nomination process, its either a clean yes or no ascococly said:
English test is already a certificate given by IELTS or CELPIP and there is no way it can be falsified (at least for major cities in the world). As for education even if it is foreign the ECA authority is the judge, and again its either equivalent or not..no way for fraud in that after they request online access as well. POF..thats a bank statement and no analyzing to do here..Work experience, if the company where work experience has been gained closed or bankrupted for some reason, then it is unreachable, and hence, they ask for the paystubs or Tax returns to authenticate the job done there..what is left is the intent and that again is nothing to be investigated for a MONTH..applicant either has the intention clear or has blood relatives in another province and that is something to be flagged directly and does not need time to make a clean judgement on.. Call me crazy buddy, but i do not see the whole process after ADR to take more than a couple of hours tops!!

I called them twice, my application is in Decision Phase since at least 1st Dec. Still waiting to hear back.
