Hello guys, This is my first post on this forum. Actually, I've been offered admission for masters in Electrical Engineering at both UNB and UOIT. I know UNB has a higher ranking as compare to UOIT but I just wanted to ask you guys that what's the best place to get the visa easily? I've heard from some people that getting a visa for New Brunswick is much easier as compare to Ontario. Any suggestions please

there is no factual evidence to suggest that but people do say that it's easier to get a visa for provinces other than Ontario & British Columbia.

That being said, you should choose the best possible option which is UNB for you anyway.

Another advantage would be the relative ease of getting PR in New Brunswick as compared to Ontario

Thanks @harvijay for the reply. Yeah I think UNB is the best place for me to complete my masters in EE and I'm planning to apply for a study permit for UNB. My Uncle is a Canadian citizen and he lives in Ontario and he also told me that I should go for UNB for the following 2 reasons: 1. Higher Ranking 2. Easy to get PR after studies

My profile:
10th (91.89%)
12th (90.13%)
BS in Electrical Engineering CGPA 3.35/4
IELTS: Overall score 7.5 with Speaking 8, Reading 7, Writing 7 and Listening 7

I was born in Canada. I vote UNB too.
