Hi All , I am near similar position. I also claimed 50 points for offer letter. My work permit is valid until May 3, 2019 and my PR application was submitted on 30 July 2018 and still in progress. While submitting my PR application, I have also submitted a letter from my manager stating that " once I receive PR, they will hire permanently". Will this letter will help?. My current status is " eligibility recommend pass, Medical - Pass, Criminality - Pass , Security - In progress. My company is planning another 6 months extension ( from May 4 2019 to Nov 02 , 2019) and hopefully will submit in another 2 weeks of time.

Any suggestions?

Oh my, lots of required infomation missing. See "Proof of work experience" section for the required details.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

1. Make sure there is a date at the top of the letter
2. Hours worked per week
3. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4. Remuneration - Salary / wages + benefits
Thanks for the information but I feel this belongs to the section under the name: "Employment records". I do have supplied those details and when the job duties and responsibilities are missing, I am thinking of providing reference letters from my current principal as well as letters from older supervisors too. Are those good to be provided?

Hello,
thanks for your help. I did contact the Human Resources department of my district and they will be able to write a letter that stands that my contract might be up to 4 years long. It is not permanent, though, but I suppose that might be enough.

Hello,
would you add a letter of explanation saying that my contract will be renewed by April or May for the next school year? Or would you leave it with that letter which states the 4 year contract period? I am just thinking of withdraw the ITA and to wait until March/April so I have a full year contract ahead of me...I have 447 points. I do not want the immigration officers to reject or decline the 50 points for a valid job offer because these are really important for me. I just have one day left to withdraw or to submit my ITA (already filled in). What would you do?
Thanks a lot for your quick answers!
