I was working with a company on PGWP : finished a year with them.
But my PGWP expired and we applied for LMIA in feb. - they have still not contacted us. So we do not know the status of whether that will be approved or not.

Im on restoration, and applying to restore as a student this fall. The company has issued me an ROE reason : Leave of absence on the date my implied status expired so that if and when the LMIA is approved.

I have an ITA and will be applying soon, need to show an offer of letter. I am not claiming the 600 points, I just want to show that my employer has requested an LMIA and offered me a job.
In my situation how does this work and how should my offer letter be worded ?

I am not 100% sure, but it is safe if you say that you do not have a job offer. I mean if you attach this letter then that will be a prospective job offer, in case of all the conditions stated hold true.

By the way, what status are you currently on? If you do not have any pending applications with CIC, you have to restore your status within 90 days of PGWP expiry.

My PGWP expired on 5th Dec. But I was on implied status since then, the work permit extension was denied on 6th March 2015 that is why my restoration period expires on 6th June.
Last week I applied to restore as a student.
