Hello friends,

I need your expert advice on this matter. I came to Canada as an intra-company transfer employee, that means it LIMA exempted. I got ITA recently and waiting for AOR but my company is planning to send me back to India. During the application, I had claimed 50 points for my job offer. So, if I have to go back to India, then do I lost 50 points and my CRS score has to be revalidated.

As long as the change occurred after your applied for eAPR and the job offer wasn't a condition of a program that allowed you to get ITA (a job offer required for PNP stream for example) you're safe.

It depends on how you claimed your Job Offer. Since you are in ICT , I assume you claimed job offer with same company which has processed your ICT. Now if the company had issued you Job offer letter clearly mentioning you will have Job in Canada for 1 year after getting PR your case is clear, if you don’t have any such letter it will be problem and you could lose 50 points
