Offer of employment is a letter which was issued before the employee started working for this employer. It explains why this job didn't require an LMIA in the first place.
Either or both of these letter must clearly specify job responsibilities (for NOC identification purposes) and other details as required by IRCC.

In my reference letter it also speaks of the current employment date, permanent job and salary & benefits. It also states the job responsibilities.
So my question is, in your opinion should the letter of employment also repeat the job responsibilities? It would be a repeat. Or do you suggest I summarize it in letter of employment?
