Offer letter validity for PR

Our company doesn't mention that one year clause, they just mention end date which was two years in my case and I got pr with that offer letter. I actually used work permit extension offer letter to claim 50 points. I know many did the same and it works.

Yes merge assignment letter and work permit offer letter. It should be good.

My work permit offer letter was from May 2024 not sure if that is gonna work, it does say 24 months time along with noc code

My employer has provided a letter which states "Long Term" instead of "at least one year clause" , will this one work ??
