check websites of these colleges u can easily get offer letter . you can search ACE consultant on Facebook or on their website this will help u for getting offer letter u have send transcripts, other documents with some fess 100-125-150 $ not sure exact depends on college.

Go to the college website.
Consult the concerned department about requirements and then apply via paper application or online application and send your notarised docs.
Some colleges ask for hard copies and other for only scanned ones.

search on ur own basis first where u want to go province u prefer. then under spp or genral .again searcg on goggle for spp colleges . " help ur self "

kindly keep the rejection reasons in mind ... ?? go for 1or 2 year pg course or master course which will satisfty vo that u are going gor higher study after graduation in ur home country...make strong sop .
