one of my previous employers has mentioned an entirely different position than that mentioned in my offer letter when i joined the company and now is refusing to correct it which changes the NOC code.
i anyway worked for them for a short while.
but i have already filled my express entry profile according to the position mentioned in my offer letter and based on that i recently recieved ITA under CEC.
can i upload offer letter instead of reference letter
What should i do i am confused.
please help.

Also what is the correct answer to the question:
does abc have a job offer i canada.. is valid job offer and job offer different?
i am on open work permit does it change anything

I would be careful about uploading the offer letter because there are very particular details that need to be on the letter and usually the offer letter is missing those things. Double-check those - I don't have a firm answer on this part.

Valid job offer means that you have LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment), job offer is just a job offer. If you're on an open work permit then you probably don't have the LMIA.
