Offer letter from Conestoga College Jan 2018 intake?

Applied Course: IT Business Analysis Operations
Profile:
Bachelor in IT: 70% (Nepal)
Backlogs: 1
Passed Out year 2015 (as per transcript)
Did not include any work experience in my resume post 2015 (only included 2 trainings)
IELTS: 7.5(each bands 6.5)

Is this profile good enough to get the offer letter? It's been 20+ days but still nothing. Am worried. Please share your thoughts!!

Dear, As checked, the processing time is 04 to 06 weeks approximately. I also applied on 15 June 2017 and waiting for decision.

Applied on June 2, 2017 accepted on June 29 but recently found about the acceptance.
