So I pretty much got offered a job which requires me to work 21 hours a week and not more than that at all.. But the problem is that i am only allowed to work 20 hours a week..I am wondering if that would be an issue if i exceeded only by one hour..I mean can i show that hour as lunch breaks but ill still get paid for it...I dont know what to do but i really want the job and at the same time i dont want to break any rules...Guys what should I do?please help me? The employer cannot give me 20 hours, The employer do want 21 hours(not more than that)..

I am totally confused.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If you are going to take this job, it should say 20 hours in your contract and on your payslip. A paid break still shows up as worked time on your payslip.

However, if you are such a good employee that you choose to come in early and start working before your shift starts and/or stay a bit later too, that is up to you and your employer.

Don't break the rules. It will be a huge gamble. I know its very tempting to take chances esp if its just by an hour.
