Off campus work / on campus TA/GA

Hi,
International students can work for 20 hours per week. I have read on websites of universities that for TA/GA one can work on campus for a max of 10 hours. Does it mean that we can work for another 10 hours off campus jobs?

If you have got off campus work permit.. you can work 20 hours per week... no matter where you work and for how many hours at any one place.... your hours should not increase 20 mark...

Till time you don't have work permit in hand, don't work off campus. You can apply for OCWP after 5 month and it takes approx other 45 days to process.
