Off-campus, Co-op work permit, PGWP !! NEED HELP

Applied for the confirmation to work off-campus(I had restriction on my study permit, PROHIBITED TO WORK UNLESS AUTHORIZED) on Sept-17th and still waiting. Should I be worried ?

I have to attend four weeks of field placement end of the program and need to apply for Co-op work permit. Should I do it now ?

My program ends on april 2015 and co-op ends on june 2015. I have visa till Oct 2015. When should I apply for PGWP ?

I am enrolled in a graduate certificate program at Seneca.
Would appreciate helpful replies from seniors and experts

many of us are new and try for study permit ..

u should consult a laywer or immigrant consultant

To apply for co op work permit, u need coop letter from ur college. It usually takes 2-3 weeks if u apply online

Yeah i am a full time student. I know how to apply but was confused when to apply. clear with that now but there is another problem.
The checklist i get shows i need a medical test?? I went through medical few months back before coming to Canada :S weird
